A few things to know.

Can providers create a profile for free?

Yes. Providers can create and update a profile, choose specialties, link reputation profiles, and apply to posted opportunities without paying.

Does payment unlock contact information?

No. An Employer Explorer pass provides access to profiles and discovery tools. Contact details remain private. Requesting contact opens the reputation review step and records an introduction request; contact release is not enabled.

What reviews will I see?

The provider’s specific MyReputationPro and MyTestimonialPro profile links, if supplied. We never fabricate ratings or assume that someone without linked reviews lacks experience. Links are provider-supplied and not independently verified. External sites control the information they display.

How does matching work?

Filters compare the specialties, location, and availability people list. Criteria matches explain those overlaps. AI assistance is planned but is not connected yet. Employers make their own hiring decisions.

Are you an employer or a staffing agency?

Home Service Careers is a discovery and application platform. The hiring employer and provider agree on work, compensation, classification, screening, insurance, and any required licenses.

Does access renew automatically?

No. The $29 Explorer pass lasts 30 days from confirmed payment. You can buy another pass after it expires. Availability does not guarantee a hire or a response.
