Your profile and contact details
We store the information you submit to create your profile and support applications, shortlists, and introduction requests. Paid employers can see your display name, general location, specialties, experience, availability, qualifications, and profile description. Your email, phone number, account identity, and ZIP code are excluded from employer profile responses. Do not place contact details or addresses in public text fields.
Reputation evidence
You can supply a specific profile URL on MyReputationPro and MyTestimonialPro. These links are presented to an employer when they request contact. Linking a profile does not verify ownership, transfer reviews, or authorize us to invent or republish reviews. Those websites control what information they display.
Account identity and payments
Sign-in is handled by Neon Auth. We use your account identifier to associate your records. When checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment information; we do not store card numbers. Payment and access records are retained to operate access and support payment disputes.
Matching and AI
Current matching uses specialties, stated location, and availability. The guided navigator uses keywords. Generative AI is not connected. No information is currently sent to an AI model by this site. Matching is informational and does not make hiring decisions.
Your controls
You can edit your profile, hide it from discovery, or delete it from Your harbor. Profile deletion removes the profile, its applications, saved-profile references, and introduction requests. Hiding a profile prevents employers from viewing it. Employers can close their own opportunities. Existing payment records are not deleted with a provider profile.
Use and disclosure
We use service infrastructure to host and operate the platform. There are no advertising trackers in this release. We do not sell private contact information. Applications and introduction notes are visible only to the relevant account holders; contact release is not enabled.
