Using the platform
Home Service Careers connects adults seeking home service work with employers seeking providers. Use accurate information, submit only your own profile and legitimate opportunities, and respect the privacy of others. Do not scrape, resell, spam, impersonate, or attempt to bypass paid access.
Free providers and employer access
Creating a provider profile and applying to posted opportunities is free. Employer Explorer is priced at $29 USD for 30 days, without automatic renewal. Checkout remains unavailable until payment processing is enabled and provider inventory exists. The checkout page shows the final payable amount before purchase. Access begins only after confirmed payment. Refunded or disputed purchases may lose access.
What access includes
Paid access permits profile discovery, filtering, shortlists, opportunity posting, application review, and introduction requests. It does not include phone numbers or email addresses and does not guarantee a hire, a reply, an introduction, or a particular number of available providers. Contact release is not enabled in this phase.
Profile and review accuracy
Provider qualifications and review links are self-reported. Linked reviews remain on their source websites. An illustrative example is not a real applicant. Verify qualifications, insurance, licensing, work authorization, references, and suitability as appropriate for the role.
Hiring decisions
Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions, compensation, employment classification, screening, and applicable requirements. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their skills and availability. Matching criteria are informational; the platform is not an employer, licensing body, or background-check service.
Privacy and account controls
Do not include contact information in public fields, opportunity descriptions, or application notes. Provider profiles can be hidden or deleted from Your harbor. Employers can close job posts they control. You may stop using the platform at any time.
